Oman does not put any dress code restrictions on Visitors, it is advisable not to wear too short dresses in public places. If you are visiting a Mosque (Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque is worth a visit) then they expect the full body and head to be covered up. A full sleeve dress and a scarf/cap to wear inside the mosque should be good enough. read more
