I think people who are deaf from birth, they have experience of the voice they live in silence. But sign language (SL) is very beneficial for those. They can easily talk with sign language. Cued Speech and oralist deaf people CAN think in English but not always DO. Personally, I think with images, feelings, intuition and I don’t need a single word to reflect on complex stuff.
