I do like the gelatinous feel of an ostrich egg for novelty. However, I suppose I grew up on the classic, so from a taste perspective, I like the chicken better, but that doesn't mean I'd want to exclude that novelty. I like ostrich eggs and I'd like to have them on occasion. read more

Ostrich eggs taste more gelatinous than normal eggs. They taste more substantial — something more like a meal, and to me they tasted less rich and less corn-y than chicken eggs.
