Clearly most people don’t hate real estate agents at all. Real estate provide a valuable service putting buyers and sellers together and helping people realize the American dream of owning their own hom and/or selling their current home. Granted occasionally a real estate transaction goes bad and typically real estate agents are the ones that get the blame whether they caused the problem or not. read more

Colleague 1: People "hate" what they fear. People mostly fear the unknown. They also hate situations in which they don't get what they think they want. Real estate valuations and transactions are the vortex for unmet expectations as well as the unknown. From a philosophical perspective many believe hate and fear are synonymous. read more
