What do Slavic peoples think of Armenians?

Personally I think their level of integration is amazing and should be used as an example to others, their achievements in various fields are both individual and collective. Most people around here see Armenians and the Armenian community as bothers and brother nation, most people recognize the Armenian genocide and stand with solidarity. read more

The Bulgarians share similar history with Armenians - being part of Ottoman Empire and subject of atrocities. We are not neighbors so there are no conflict in the past. Most uneducated people think Armenians are Arabs or Iranians or Turks or some other type of Middle Eastern race. Armenians don't even speak any Semitic or Indo-European or Indo-Aryan Language. They speak Armenian which is very similar to Russian and Slavic languages. read more
