What do the rest of Malaysia think of Johor Bahru?

While I don't agree with Muhamad Aiman Imran that JB has the “potential to beat Penang” (Penang is still ahead in infrastructure and urban planning IMHO), I do agree that Johoreans are “very arrogant”. Having stayed in JB for years, I'd like to add that they can be really ignorant too. read more

They seem to have what I call the ‘Johorean Pride’ - basically they think everything in Johor is the best in the whole Malaysia. And they continue claiming that JB is the best, while just beside them are streets that look like garbage dumps. read more
