What do you call people who work for non-profit organizations?

I think most people would prefer to be associated with their profession first (e.g. Accountant, Engineer, Marketing Associate, etc) and then the company they work for, rather than the type of company (for profit, non-profit) perhaps this becomes added information if the conversation continues. read more
