Same could be said about the Baby Theft issue in Serbia, ruled in Serbia’s disfavor as high up as the CEDH, but not sanctionned by a Law in Serbia to allow proper inquiries and procedure to happen despite years of demands from the U.N Human right committee, the European institutions and many NGOs, from which, in this case, I totally support the demands toward the Serbian governement. read more
