It clearly says “anime DVD” (アニメDVD) and it makes no distinction of this being “American” or “overseas anime.” Sometimes that line is drawn, but not always. In Japan, the Cartoon Network does refer to the American cartoons it shows as “overseas anime.” Even Disney is not immune to the word. read more
