Eating pork, and fat etc., as well as using its skin or any other parts is strictly forbidden. Allah has said in various places in the Holy Qur'an: حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَيْتَةُ وَالدَّمُ وَلَحْمُ الْخِنْزِيرِ ….
