I am sure you can use freediving fins for scuba because I have used my freediving fins successfully with scuba gear in warm weather diving. This was a bit of impromptu scuba with minimal gear. read more
Freediving fins will tend to be very long and quite stiff (I’m ignoring monofins here), to allow for maximum propulsion. They’re also of the full foot version, whereas scuba diving fins can be either with heel straps or full foot. The stiffer blade on a free diving fin can cause cramps if used for a really long time. read more
