Most guns are or can be made to be legal in all 50 states. I like the M14 myself as it is a semi auto long rifle in a hunting caliber that can take a 5 to 200 round magazine. Is accurate to within 1 inch at 100 yards(MOA) and has an easily changeable stock, muzzle device. read more
