Bottom right you can send the wad of tissue I was using to protect my poor footsies. Other than that it was a great hiking holiday and I thoroughly recommend Switzerland for hiking. This means Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation. If you think the injury is minor and you have the time, just quit for the afternoon for a rest. Add ice if you have it, or cold/cool water from a stream or other source is great. Wrap the injury with some kind of cloth, and elevate it. Only do this for your journey back. read more
