What is a good shortbread cookie recipe with margarine?

My recipe I've had since high school is as follows..3 1/2 cups flour, 1 cup fine sugar, 1/2 cup rice flour 1 lb of butter..never use anything but good butter and ingredients for all baking..Cream ...
