Do you mean Pariah dog? It is just a generic term for a feral or stray dog that lives by scavenging near/in human settlements. They are not a breed, but mostly random crossbred dogs for many generations. read more
The South American *Pariah Dog was bred as a protection dog. Though smaller than a pitbull, it has just as much, if not more muscle. They average about twenty pounds.
