Yes you do need to make an appointment for the makeover, just because it will be a specially certified employee doing the makeup and they will need to figure out scheduling and such. At my store we usually require 1-2 weeks notice in advance for Friday and weekend appointments and 2 days-1 week notice for weekday appointments. read more
