It is like a non Mormon at any other school. Not sure if you're associating the university of utah with the fact that there are a lot of Mormons in utah, but if that's the case they're all down at BYU. Okay not all of them. I'm sure I had some classmates that were, but I never knew. Nobody mentioned it. read more

When you're away from Provo / Salt Lake you won't see the state as much different from the surrounding states. Parts of it are a lot like Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, and Wyoming. I found Moab to be more like Durango than Salt Lake, for instance. But wherever you are in Utah, if you're from the south, you're going to need some new clothes. read more
