It is not that difficult to be pre-med at BU especially if you are majoring in a science. The requirements are only 2 bio, 2 general chem, 2 organic chem, 2 physics, and some calculus if I remember right. read more

Also, he said the Boston University students do very well in getting into the BU medical school (considering they accept about 140/12,000 BU/Non-BU students), and if there were two equally capable applicants, with one being a non BU student and the other a BU Student, the latter would most likely be accepted into the school. read more

And yea i'm with the OP, I'm really interested in weighing the options of pre-med at BU vs NU as i'm trying to decide between the two. as for the grade deflation myth, I've searched the forums, asked students and the feedback i'm getting back is almost 50:50. read more
