Driving in RI is horrible. Everyone is the most important driver on the road and you can suck it if you're trying to get out into traffic or waiting to make a turn. My personal favorite is the "Rhode Island sneak" where people will pull out into traffic and block the flow of that lane in an attempt to force all other traffic to stop and let them out. read more
