Its really a great previlige to live in a pre planned city like Navi Mumbai .Even though a planned city,it palces some problems of litter and overcrowd like Mumbai.Good footpaths,best schools and educational instituions,parks,good bus transport facility of both NMMT&BEST,corporate offices,planned railway stations,good healthcare,the Palm Beach Road,shopping malls like Inorbit,Raghueela,D-Marts,Reliance stores are a few to name.People who cant afford a home in Mumbai can afford it in Navi Numbai. read more
