South Lake Tahoe (on the California side) and Stateline (on the Nevada side) have a combined year-’round population close to 35,000, which is about 70% of all the people who live in the Basin. If you want those things that come with population (jobs, shopping, more housing choices) then the South Shore is for you. read more
