Best Answer: I just moved to Toledo area from Cleveland area this last year. The weather is a lot milder than Cleveland. The storm systems quite ofter skip Toledo. The art museum here is awesome. Local tv reception within the city is prety good. The mall on Tallmadge and Monroe is very nice and ritzy. read more
