What is it like to own a Porsche as a daily driver?

Like the Elise people let you in to traffic (not the case with the Z4) and it had social standing, “you drive a Porsche” (even if a baby one). It was practical as it had a large (case of wine) front boot and wide (set of golf clubs - not that I do) rear boot. read more

I've owned a Vette, and realistically every car fan should own a Porsche. My concern is budget and it's ability to be a daily driver. We have a lot of trips planned this year, so I'm going to probably be looking at a 2006 to 2008 boxster. read more
