Not a whole lot of nightlife in algonquin if you ask me. However there are a lot of "restaurants" along Randall road and rte 62. I think the only bar I have actually gone to is Bandito Barney's and I'm not sure how proud I am to admit that on the world wide interweb. Fail. read more

Algonquin commons and the rest of Algonquin have all the major brand name stores. Algonquin is a nice suburban town with a ton of diversity in everything. The country is close by and driving into the city is a short trip after rush hour. read more
