I would say that most of the best nightlife happens downtown. Many bars and restaurants are open late. The first Friday of each month is First Friday Art Walk, and so the museums down town are open later on that night, making the night life best. During the summer, the downtown area is crowded on nights when the Springfield Cardinals play. read more
