friday night - 8am sunday morning, george st meters by exxon station are free. there is a EE bus stop right by it. parallel to george st, you can park on neilson st almost anytime of the day or night. one side has no parking between monday 8am-11am and the other side has no parking on thursday same time, so plan ahead. read more
