In Sardinia a light beer called "Ichnusa" (the ancient Phoenician name of the Island) is very popular. Sardinia is linked in many Italians' stereotypes with sheep and shepherds, it's a very ancient job still quite practiced in the Island but in my opinion nothing to be diminished for it. read more
