Marlin does bear the distinction of having sold over 11 million model 60s since 1960, making it the best selling semiautomatic rimfire rifle ever. Part of that is the fact the gun works and keeps working even when poorly maintained. Model 60s are fantastically accurate too, which can be attributed to their patented microgroove rifling. read more
