What is the best way to connect the Seven Seas?

Thanks to the Suez Canal, the traditional “seven seas” (Adriatic, Mediterranean, Black Sea, Caspian Sea, Persian Gulf, Arabian Sea and Red Sea) are all connected except for the Caspian Sea which remains isolated from the system.
