There is no difference. When one becomes a CA he is to write (ACA) Associate Chartered Accountant next to his name. After 5 years it will become FCA Fellow Chartered Accountant. Basically it's the accreditation for CA. So CA will not write CA following his name. Either ACA or FCA. read more

Either practiced in India for continuously 5 years OR been ACA for atleast 5 years and is in government service or any other service specefied in this section - The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India = FCA (Fellow Chartered Accountant). read more
From what I understand ICAEW give the ACA and ICAS the CA. For some reason everyone says the ACA is the most prestigious. read more
