Zumba and Aerobics are meant for fitness. You can choose what appeals to you most between Zumba and Aerobics. In fact, the creator of Zumba, Alberto Perez was first a trainer in Aerobics. Apparently he forgot his CD for Aerobics music one day to class. He only had music most suited for salsa, cumbia and other dances. read more
