The significance of the Nuremberg Trials is that they took place in the city of Nuremberg, the ideological center of the Nazi party. This is where the great Nazi rallies took place in the 30's. What a fitting way to show that Nazism was destroyed. But most importantly the trials at Nuremberg established the concept of war crimes. read more
