India is home to the nilgai, chinkara, blackbuck, Tibetan antelope, and four-horned antelope, while Russia and Central Asia have the Tibetan antelope, and saiga. Elands, specifically the gigas subspecies. Males can weigh up to a ton (1000 kg, 2200 lbs), which is heavier then the largest Alaskan Moose (800 kg) and reach about 2 m in height. read more
The kudu is the world’s second largest antelope species (behind the eland), reaching up to 1,2 m at shoulder height and weighing as much as 270 kg. It is by far one of the antelopes I admire the most, and always a delight to watch in the wild. read more
