What is the longest river in Queensland?

A Google search shows that the Flinders River which flows into the gulf of Carpentaria is listed as the longest river at 1004 km. However, I looked up the length of the Belyando River and it is listed as 1054 km. I am not sure of the reason for this discrepancy. read more
