Clearly, the most lucrative roles "in-house" are the senior ones and a commercially-minded HR Director can now command packages on a par with Marketing and COOs, although still not as good as Finance. On the supply side of HR, consulting, recruitment and interim contractors offer the most lucrative fields but there are nuances even here. read more
