This is what I consider to be the phobia of confrontation, being irrationally afraid of conflict. I don’t think it’s the confrontation part, I think it’s the conflict. Because conflict can happen without confrontation, and when there’s confrontation without conflict it doesn’t trigger my phobia. However, it still doesn’t have a name. read more
