The Bureau of Meteorology in Australia has the same purpose as the United Kingdom Met Office and the American NOAA. They get all the worldwide weather observations collected then, redistributed by the World Meteorologica Organization (WMO) a division of the United Nations, and that is what various national authorities like the BoM use to feel computer models and predict a weather forecast. read more
