There is no right age! Children who are overweight, work out at gyms, from a very young age. The only reason you do not see too any children in gymnasiums is because its considered dull and boring. Hence most children are registered to play a sport or join dance classes. read more

Between the age of 18–60 , everyone should be regular at the gym as it really helps in keeping your cholesterol and sugar levels in check ( along with the right diet). I do understand that some people compete in school gymnastics and other sports but, I really believe there is no need to stress on GYM till you are 15–16 and weights should not begin typically till 18. read more
