What is the state of gender equality in India?

I am from typical stereotypic middle class family in india. I can say that there is lot of improvement in my generation compared to preceding one's . my parents provided equal opportunity in education for me ,my sister and brother. equal expenditure on each one of us. so far so good right. read more
