You can drive within cities like Chorrera and Arraiján where a lot of people live and find that it’s the typical Panama City formula of lots of cars + aggressiveness in driving. Traffic in Panama City can get rough around 7-9 am and 4-6 pm.weekdays. Saturday morning is not that bad. Please beware that many principal roads in Panama are one way (Like Via España, Calle 50), and the streets in Obarrio are one way also. read more
