Wyoming often seems to get less adventure cred than its rectangular neighbor to the south, Colorado. Maybe because one-tenth the amount of people live there, or it doesn't have a population center of almost four million souls at the foot of its mountains. read more
But for me, what there is to love about Wyoming is a lot of small things that make it so radically different from where I grew up and now live (Northern California). I love the fact that everyone there seems to drive a truck--because they need one, not because it's some sort of status symbol or image thing. read more
