What is your favorite chinese tea and why?

My favorite Chinese tea is Longjing (Dragon well) from West Lake as it is a wonderful tea to drink. Close second is gunpowder green tea (pearl tea). In terms of rareness and complexity this would be Big Red Robe tea (Da Hong Pao). read more
