You will find there to be alot of Europeans in these areas with quite a few cafes and restuarants. Its quite European. There are beaches and spas, clubs, etc. There are three main universities in Cape Town mainly the University of Cape Town, University of Western Cape and Stellenbosch University. There are various schools with good sporting facilities. read more
