The city of Edinburgh is beautiful, but students can and do travel often to London and other towns for interviews/leisure/research/internships. Some do stay and work in Edinburgh. The weather is definitely the biggest downside of living in Edinburgh, but it is truly unique in its history of which the University of Edinburgh is a major part. read more
