Aside from the accidental defecation, I’d say that my worst one had to do with me being at work. During this period, I was working out a lot. Like military/navy SEAL a lot. I drank my protein because eating what was required was too much. With that said, I’m sure every bodybuilder knows about the “protein farts”. read more
