By 1985's standards, I'm typing on a supercomputer right now. Supercomputers are expensive by definition. If a supercomputer were cheap enough to be mass-marketable, you would just call it a computer. A supercomputer is simply a computer too powerful to be reasonably affordable for the average consumer. read more
