Some cheap black inks are made from green and just really packed in their good. As the tattoo fades it goes from black to green. Also old black inks had this problem. If you go for a black and gray tattoo now a days the ink is pretty legit. All tattoos eventually fade, but at least your arm won't turn green. read more
