What is affordable to you? Most of the things you mentioned you will find either east or south of Nashville. I would say: Hermatige Old Hickory donelson Lebanon Mt Juliet some parts of antioch berry hill area Nashville is getting expensive. read more

Nashville is getting expensive. To me these areas offer the best value, but they arent perfect. In my opinion hermatige is the best value out of all of these, and is pretty safe. i currently live with my parents in donelson, and if i was to move out it is where i would move. Decent 2 bdrm apts can be had for around 1k. read more
