What parts of Jacksonville are there Puerto Rican poulations?

There are such services associated with each of the Catholic churches I’m aware of in Argyle (1), near Wesconnett (another older Westside neighborhood inside the I=295 loop, which by the way has an excellent Puerto Rican restaurant) and in Orange Park (Clay County) as well as the BJSHS school mentioned earlier. read more
