Man difficult question - everyone plays Chopin including the BEST! Ashkenazy as has been mentioned does it all and generally its of a good standard some of it is really amazing others well not so much! Pollini in his earlier recordings has a sparkle and tangible sense of enjoyment which I haven't found in any other pianist. read more
